About this gene: PRMT7 belongs to the protein arginine N-methyltransferase family of proteins. The encoded enzyme transfers single methyl groups to arginine residues to generate monomethylarginines on histone proteins as well as other protein substrates. This enzyme is involved in a wide range of biological processes, including neuronal differentiation, male germ line imprinting, small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis, and regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
