SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRKX (protein kinase cAMP-dependent X-linked catalytic subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRKX qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase cAMP-dependent X-linked catalytic subunit
Also known as: PKX1
About this gene: PRKX encodes a serine threonine protein kinase that has similarity to the catalytic subunit of cyclic AMP dependent protein kinases. The PRKX protein is developmentally regulated and may be involved in renal epithelial morphogenesis. The PRKX protein may also be involved in macrophage and granulocyte maturation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5613; HGNC ID: HGNC:9441; UniProt: P51817; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005044.5; Chromosome location: Xp22.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
