About this gene: WNK4 belongs to the WNK family of serine-threonine protein kinases. The kinase regulates the activities of multiple types of ion channels, cotransporters, and exchangers involved in electrolyte flux in epithelial cells. Mutations in WNK4 result in pseudohypoaldosteronism type IIB.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
