SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRKG2 (protein kinase cGMP-dependent 2, also called cGK2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRKG2 qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase cGMP-dependent 2
Also known as: AMD4, PKG2, PRKGR2, SMDP, cGK2, cGKII
About this gene: PRKG2 encodes a protein that belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family of proteins. The PRKG2 protein binds to and inhibits the activation of multiple receptor tyrosine kinases. The membrane-bound protein is a regulator of intestinal secretion, bone growth and renin secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5593; HGNC ID: HGNC:9416; UniProt: Q13237; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006259.3; Chromosome location: 4q21.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
