SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRKD2 (protein kinase D2, also called nPKC-D2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRKD2 qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase D2
Also known as: HSPC187, PKD2, nPKC-D2
About this gene: The PRKD2 protein belongs to the protein kinase D family of serine/threonine protein kinases. This kinase can be activated by phorbol esters as well as by gastrin via the cholecystokinin B receptor in gastric cancer cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25865; HGNC ID: HGNC:17293; UniProt: Q9BZL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016457.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
