Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD276 (CD276 molecule, also called B7-H3) gene expression by real-time PCR.

Human CD276 qPCR Primer Set – CD276 molecule

Also known as: 4Ig-B7-H3, B7-H3, B7H3, B7RP-2

About this gene: The CD276 protein belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and thought to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. Studies show that while the transcript of CD276 is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and solid tumors, the protein is preferentially expressed only in tumor tissues. Additionally, it was observed that the 3' UTR of this transcript contains a target site for miR29 microRNA, and there is an inverse correlation between the expression of this protein and miR29 levels.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80381; HGNC ID: HGNC:19137; UniProt: Q5ZPR3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001024736.2; Chromosome location: 15q24.1

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
