SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRKD1 (protein kinase D1, also called nPKC-D1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRKD1 qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase D1
Also known as: CHDED, PKC-MU, PKCM, PKD, PKD1, PRKCM
About this gene: The PRKD1 protein is a serine/threonine protein kinase involved in many cellular processes, including Golgi body membrane integrity and transport, cell migration and differentiation, MAPK8/JNK1 and Ras pathway signaling, MAPK1/3 pathway signaling, cell survival.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5587; HGNC ID: HGNC:9407; UniProt: Q15139; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002742.3; Chromosome location: 14q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
