SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZMYND8 (zinc finger MYND-type containing 8, also called Rack7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZMYND8 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger MYND-type containing 8
Also known as: PRKCBP1, PRO2893, RACK7
About this gene: The ZMYND8 protein is a receptor for activated C-kinase protein. The ZMYND8 protein is reported to bind in vitro to activated protein kinase C beta I. In addition, this protein is a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen. Finally, the protein contains a bromodomain and two zinc fingers, and is believed to be a transcriptional regulator.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23613; HGNC ID: HGNC:9397; UniProt: Q9ULU4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001281775.3; Chromosome location: 20q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
