About this gene: The PICK1 protein contains a PDZ domain, through which it interacts with protein kinase C, alpha. The PICK1 protein may function as an adaptor that binds to and organizes the subcellular localization of a variety of membrane proteins. The PICK1 gene product is reported to interact with multiple glutamate receptor subtypes, monoamine plasma membrane transporters, as well as non-voltage gated sodium channels.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
