Human PRKAR2B qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase cAMP-dependent type II regulatory subunit beta

Also known as: PRKAR2, RII-BETA

About this gene: CAMP is a signaling molecule important for a variety of cellular functions. cAMP exerts its effects by activating the cAMP-dependent protein kinase, which transduces the signal through phosphorylation of different target proteins. Four different regulatory subunits and three catalytic subunits have been identified in humans. The PRKAR2B protein is one of the regulatory subunits.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5577; HGNC ID: HGNC:9392; UniProt: P31323; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002736.3; Chromosome location: 7q22.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
