SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRKAG3 (protein kinase AMP-activated non-catalytic subunit gamma 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRKAG3 qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase AMP-activated non-catalytic subunit gamma 3
Also known as: AMPKG3, SMGMQTL
About this gene: The PRKAG3 protein is a regulatory subunit of the AMP-activated protein kinase. AMPK is a heterotrimer consisting of an alpha catalytic subunit, and non-catalytic beta and gamma subunits. AMPK is an important energy-sensing enzyme that monitors cellular energy status.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53632; HGNC ID: HGNC:9387; UniProt: Q9UGI9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017431.4; Chromosome location: 2q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
