SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRKACG (protein kinase cAMP-activated catalytic subunit gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRKACG qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase cAMP-activated catalytic subunit gamma
Also known as: BDPLT19, KAPG, PKACg
About this gene: Cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase consists of two catalytic subunits and a regulatory subunit dimer. PRKACG encodes a gamma form of its catalytic subunit. The gene is intronless and is believed to be a retrotransposon derived from the gene for the alpha form of the PKA catalytic subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5568; HGNC ID: HGNC:9382; UniProt: P22612; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002732.4; Chromosome location: 9q21.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
