SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRIM2 (DNA primase subunit 2, also called p58) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRIM2 qPCR Primer Set – DNA primase subunit 2
Also known as: PRIM2A, p58
About this gene: PRIM2 encodes a 58 kilodalton subunit of DNA primase, an enzyme that is central to the replication of DNA. The encoded protein forms a heterodimer with a 49 kilodalton subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5558; HGNC ID: HGNC:9370; UniProt: P49643; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000947.5; Chromosome location: 6p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
