About this gene: The PRELP protein is a leucine-rich repeat protein present in connective tissue extracellular matrix. The PRELP protein acts as a molecule anchoring basement membranes to the underlying connective tissue. The PRELP protein is reported to bind type I collagen to basement membranes and type II collagen to cartilage.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
