About this gene: MOB4 was identified based on its similarity with the mouse counterpart. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that the expression of MOB4 may be regulated during oocyte maturation and preimplantation following zygotic gene activation. Naturally occurring read-through transcription occurs between this locus and the neighboring locus HSPE1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
