SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PREB (prolactin regulatory element binding) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PREB qPCR Primer Set – prolactin regulatory element binding
Also known as: SEC12
About this gene: PREB encodes a protein that specifically binds to a Pit1-binding element of the prolactin promoter. The PREB protein may act as a transcriptional regulator and is believed to be involved in some of the developmental abnormalities observed in patients with partial trisomy 2p. PREB overlaps the abhydrolase domain containing 1 gene on the opposite strand.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10113; HGNC ID: HGNC:9356; UniProt: Q9HCU5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013388.6; Chromosome location: 2p23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
