About this gene: The PRDX6 protein belongs to the thiol-specific antioxidant protein family. The PRDX6 protein is a bifunctional enzyme with two distinct active sites. The PRDX6 gene product is involved in redox regulation of the cell; it can reduce HO and short chain organic, fatty acid, and phospholipid hydroperoxides.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
