SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRDM4 (PR/SET domain 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRDM4 qPCR Primer Set – PR/SET domain 4
Also known as: PFM1
About this gene: The PRDM4 protein is a transcription factor of the PR-domain protein family. The PRDM4 gene product contains a PR-domain and multiple zinc finger motifs. Transcription factors of the PR-domain family are known to be involved in cell differentiation and tumorigenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11108; HGNC ID: HGNC:9348; UniProt: Q9UKN5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012406.4; Chromosome location: 12q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
