SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRDM14 (PR/SET domain 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRDM14 qPCR Primer Set – PR/SET domain 14
Also known as: PFM11
About this gene: PRDM14 belongs to the PRDI-BF1 and RIZ homology domain containing family of transcriptional regulators. The PRDM14 protein may possess histone methyltransferase activity and plays a critical role in cell pluripotency by suppressing the expression of differentiation marker genes. Expression of PRDM14 may play a role in breast cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 63978; HGNC ID: HGNC:14001; UniProt: Q9GZV8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024504.4; Chromosome location: 8q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
