SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRDM11 (PR/SET domain 11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRDM11 qPCR Primer Set – PR/SET domain 11
Also known as: PFM8
About this gene: PRDM11 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity; RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and chromatin binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of cell growth; positive regulation of fibroblast apoptotic process; and regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56981; HGNC ID: HGNC:13996; UniProt: Q9NQV5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001384648.1; Chromosome location: 11p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
