SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRDM10 (PR/SET domain 10, also called Tristanin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRDM10 qPCR Primer Set – PR/SET domain 10
Also known as: BHD2, PFM7, TRIS
About this gene: The PRDM10 protein is a transcription factor that contains C2H2-type zinc-fingers. The PRDM10 gene product also contains a positive regulatory domain, which has been found in multiple other zinc-finger transcription factors including those involved in B cell differentiation and tumor suppression. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this protein may be involved in the development of the central nerve system, as well as in the pathogenesis of neuronal storage disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56980; HGNC ID: HGNC:13995; UniProt: Q9NQV6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_199437.2; Chromosome location: 11q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
