About this gene: The PPRC1 protein is similar to PPAR-gamma coactivator 1, a protein that can activate mitochondrial biogenesis in part through a direct interaction with nuclear respiratory factor 1. The PPRC1 protein is reported to interact with NRF1. The PPRC1 gene product is believed to be a functional relative of PPAR-gamma coactivator 1 that activates mitochondrial biogenesis through NRF1 in response to proliferative signals.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
