SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRAC1 (PRAC1 small nuclear protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRAC1 qPCR Primer Set – PRAC1 small nuclear protein
Also known as: C17orf92, PRAC
About this gene: PRAC1 is reported to be specifically expressed in prostate, rectum and distal colon. Sequence analysis suggests that it may play a regulatory role in the nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84366; HGNC ID: HGNC:30591; UniProt: Q96KF2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032391.3; Chromosome location: 17q21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
