SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PQBP1 (polyglutamine binding protein 1, also called Npw38) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PQBP1 qPCR Primer Set – polyglutamine binding protein 1
Also known as: MRX2, MRX55, MRXS3, MRXS8, NPW38, RENS1, SHS
About this gene: PQBP1 encodes a nuclear polyglutamine-binding protein that is involved with transcription activation. The PQBP1 protein contains a WW domain. Mutations in PQBP1 have been found in patients with Renpenning syndrome 1 and other syndromes with X-linked cognitive disability.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10084; HGNC ID: HGNC:9330; UniProt: O60828; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001032382.2; Chromosome location: Xp11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
