SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP3CB (protein phosphatase 3 catalytic subunit beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP3CB qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 3 catalytic subunit beta
Also known as: CALNA2, CALNB, CNA2, PP2Bbeta
About this gene: PPP3CB enables multiple functions, including calmodulin binding activity; calmodulin-dependent protein phosphatase activity; and protein phosphatase 2B binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade; positive regulation of lysosome organization; and positive regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Implicated in aortic valve stenosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5532; HGNC ID: HGNC:9315; UniProt: P16298; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021132.4; Chromosome location: 10q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
