Human PPP2R5B qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B'beta
Also known as: B56B, B56beta, PR61B
About this gene: The product of PPP2R5B belongs to the phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B family. Protein phosphatase 2A is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. The PPP2R5B gene product consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5526; HGNC ID: HGNC:9310; UniProt: Q15173; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006244.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
