SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP2R5A (protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B'alpha, also called PR61alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP2R5A qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B'alpha
Also known as: B56A, B56alpha, PR61A
About this gene: The product of PPP2R5A belongs to the phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B family. Protein phosphatase 2A is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. The PPP2R5A gene product consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5525; HGNC ID: HGNC:9309; UniProt: Q15172; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006243.4; Chromosome location: 1q32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
