SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP2R2A (protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit Balpha, also called B55) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP2R2A qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit Balpha
Also known as: B55, B55A, B55ALPHA, PR52A, PR55A, PR55alpha
About this gene: The product of PPP2R2A belongs to the phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B family. Protein phosphatase 2 is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. The PPP2R2A gene product consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5520; HGNC ID: HGNC:9304; UniProt: P63151; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002717.4; Chromosome location: 8p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
