SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP2CB (protein phosphatase 2 catalytic subunit beta, also called PP2A-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP2CB qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 2 catalytic subunit beta
Also known as: PP2Abeta, PP2CB
About this gene: PPP2CB encodes a phosphatase 2A catalytic subunit. Protein phosphatase 2A is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. The PPP2CB gene product consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5516; HGNC ID: HGNC:9300; UniProt: P62714; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001009552.2; Chromosome location: 8p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
