SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP1R9A (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 9A, also called Neurabin-I) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP1R9A qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 9A
Also known as: NRB1, NRBI, Neurabin-I
About this gene: PPP1R9A is imprinted, and located in a cluster of imprinted genes on chromosome 7q12. PPP1R9A is transcribed in both neuronal and multiple embryonic tissues, and it is maternally expressed mainly in embryonic skeletal muscle tissues and biallelically expressed in other embryonic tissues. The PPP1R9A protein includes a PDZ domain and a sterile alpha motif.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55607; HGNC ID: HGNC:14946; UniProt: Q9ULJ8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001166160.2; Chromosome location: 7q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
