Human PPP1R3D qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 3D
Also known as: PPP1R6
About this gene: Phosphorylation of serine and threonine residues in proteins is a crucial step in the regulation of many cellular functions ranging from hormonal regulation to cell division and even short-term memory. The level of phosphorylation is controlled by the opposing actions of protein kinases and protein phosphatases. Protein phosphatase 1 is 1 of 4 major serine/threonine-specific protein phosphatases which have been identified in eukaryotic cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5509; HGNC ID: HGNC:9294; UniProt: O95685; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006242.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
