SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP1R2 (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP1R2 qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 2
Also known as: IPP-2, IPP2, PPP1R2A
About this gene: Protein phosphatase-1 is one of the main eukaryotic serine/threonine phosphatases. The PPP1R2 protein binds to the catalytic subunit of PP1, strongly inhibiting its activity. Several splice variants encoding different isoforms have been found for PPP1R2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5504; HGNC ID: HGNC:9288; UniProt: P41236; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006241.8; Chromosome location: 3q29
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
