SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP1R1B (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 1B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP1R1B qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 1B
Also known as: DARPP-32, DARPP32
About this gene: PPP1R1B encodes a bifunctional signal transduction molecule. Dopaminergic and glutamatergic receptor stimulation regulates its phosphorylation and function as a kinase or phosphatase inhibitor. As a target for dopamine, PPP1R1B may serve as a therapeutic target for neurologic and psychiatric disorders.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84152; HGNC ID: HGNC:9287; UniProt: Q9UD71; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032192.4; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
