SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP1R10 (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 10, also called p99) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP1R10 qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 10
Also known as: CAT53, FB19, PNUTS, PP1R10, R111, p99
About this gene: PPP1R10 encodes a protein phosphatase 1 binding protein. The PPP1R10 protein is involved in many cellular processes including cell cycle progression, DNA repair and apoptosis by regulating the activity of protein phosphatase 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5514; HGNC ID: HGNC:9284; UniProt: Q96QC0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002714.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
