SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPP1CC (protein phosphatase 1 catalytic subunit gamma, also called PP-1G) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPP1CC qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 1 catalytic subunit gamma
Also known as: PP-1G, PP1C, PPP1G
About this gene: The PPP1CC protein belongs to the protein phosphatase family, PP1 subfamily. PP1 is an ubiquitous serine/threonine phosphatase that regulates many cellular processes, including cell division. PPP1CC encodes a gamma isozyme.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5501; HGNC ID: HGNC:9283; UniProt: P36873; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002710.4; Chromosome location: 12q24.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
