SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPM1B (protein phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ dependent 1B, also called PP2C-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPM1B qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ dependent 1B
Also known as: PP2C-beta, PP2C-beta-X, PP2CB, PP2CBETA, PPC2BETAX
About this gene: The PPM1B protein belongs to the PP2C family of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases. PP2C family members are known to be negative regulators of cell stress response pathways. This phosphatase is reported to dephosphorylate cyclin-dependent kinases, and thus may be involved in cell cycle control.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5495; HGNC ID: HGNC:9276; UniProt: O75688; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002706.6; Chromosome location: 2p21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
