SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPIL2 (peptidylprolyl isomerase like 2, also called CYC4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPIL2 qPCR Primer Set – peptidylprolyl isomerase like 2
Also known as: CYC4, CYP60, Cyp-60, UBOX7, hCyP-60
About this gene: PPIL2 belongs to the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases. The cyclophilins are a highly conserved ubiquitous family, members of which play an important role in protein folding, immunosuppression by cyclosporin A, and infection of HIV-1 virions. The PPIL2 protein interacts with the proteinase inhibitor eglin c and is localized in the nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23759; HGNC ID: HGNC:9261; UniProt: Q13356; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014337.4; Chromosome location: 22q11.21-q11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
