SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPIH (peptidylprolyl isomerase H, also called CypH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPIH qPCR Primer Set – peptidylprolyl isomerase H
Also known as: CYP-20, CYPH, SnuCyp-20, USA-CYP
About this gene: The PPIH protein belongs to the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins. The PPIH protein is a specific component of the complex that includes pre-mRNA processing factors PRPF3, PRPF4, and PRPF18.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10465; HGNC ID: HGNC:14651; UniProt: O43447; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006347.4; Chromosome location: 1p34.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
