SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPIF (peptidylprolyl isomerase F, also called CypD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPIF qPCR Primer Set – peptidylprolyl isomerase F
Also known as: CYP3, CyP-M, Cyp-D, CypD
About this gene: The PPIF protein belongs to the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins. Activation of this pore is believed to be involved in the induction of apoptotic and necrotic cell death.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10105; HGNC ID: HGNC:9259; UniProt: P30405; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005729.4; Chromosome location: 10q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
