SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPIE (peptidylprolyl isomerase E) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPIE qPCR Primer Set – peptidylprolyl isomerase E
Also known as: CYP-33, CYP33, CypE
About this gene: The PPIE protein belongs to the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins. The PPIE protein contains a highly conserved cyclophilin domain as well as an RNA-binding domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10450; HGNC ID: HGNC:9258; UniProt: Q9UNP9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006112.4; Chromosome location: 1p34.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
