About this gene: The PPIB protein is a cyclosporine-binding protein and is mainly located within the endoplasmic reticulum. The PPIB gene product is linked to the secretory pathway and released in biological fluids. The PPIB protein can bind to cells derived from T- and B-lymphocytes, and may regulate cyclosporine A-mediated immunosuppression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
