About this gene: CTSA belongs to the peptidase S10 family of serine carboxypeptidases. This enzyme possesses deamidase, esterase and carboxypeptidase activities and acts as a scaffold in the lysosomal multienzyme complex. Mutations in CTSA are linked to galactosialidosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
