SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPEF1 (protein phosphatase with EF-hand domain 1, also called PP7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPEF1 qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase with EF-hand domain 1
Also known as: PP7, PPEF, PPP7C, PPP7CA
About this gene: PPEF1 belongs to the serine/threonine protein phosphatase with EF-hand motif family. The protein contains a protein phosphatase catalytic domain, and at least two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs in its C terminus. Although its substrate is unknown, the PPEF1 protein has been suggested to play a role in specific sensory neuron function and/or development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5475; HGNC ID: HGNC:9243; UniProt: O14829; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001377996.1; Chromosome location: Xp22.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
