SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPAT (phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate amidotransferase, also called GPAT) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPAT qPCR Primer Set – phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate amidotransferase
Also known as: ATASE, GPAT, PRAT
About this gene: The PPAT protein belongs to the purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase family. The PPAT gene product is a regulatory allosteric enzyme that catalyzes the first step of de novo purine nucleotide biosythetic pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5471; HGNC ID: HGNC:9238; UniProt: Q06203; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002703.5; Chromosome location: 4q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
