SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPARG (peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma, also called PPAR-gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPARG qPCR Primer Set – peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma
Also known as: CIMT1, FPLD3, GLM1, NR1C3, PPARG1, PPARG2, PPARG5, PPARgamma
About this gene: PPARG belongs to the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor subfamily of nuclear receptors. PPARs form heterodimers with retinoid X receptors and these heterodimers regulate transcription of various genes. Three subtypes of PPARs are known: PPAR-alpha, PPAR-delta, and PPAR-gamma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5468; HGNC ID: HGNC:9236; UniProt: P37231; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_138711.6; Chromosome location: 3p25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
