SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPARD (peroxisome proliferator activated receptor delta, also called NUCI) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPARD qPCR Primer Set – peroxisome proliferator activated receptor delta
Also known as: FAAR, NR1C2, NUC1, NUCI, NUCII, PPARB
About this gene: PPARD belongs to the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor family. The PPARD protein is believed to function as an integrator of transcriptional repression and nuclear receptor signaling. The PPARD gene product may inhibit the ligand-induced transcriptional activity of peroxisome proliferator activated receptors alpha and gamma, though evidence for this effect is inconsistent.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5467; HGNC ID: HGNC:9235; UniProt: Q03181; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006238.5; Chromosome location: 6p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
