SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLPP7 (phospholipid phosphatase 7 (inactive)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLPP7 qPCR Primer Set – phospholipid phosphatase 7 (inactive)
Also known as: C9orf67, NET39, PPAPDC3
About this gene: PLPP7 is predicted to enable sphingosine-1-phosphate phosphatase activity. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of myotube differentiation. Predicted to be active in membrane and nuclear envelope.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84814; HGNC ID: HGNC:28174; UniProt: Q8NBV4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032728.4; Chromosome location: 9q34.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
