Human GDPD5 qPCR Primer Set – glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase domain containing 5
Also known as: GDE2, PP1665
About this gene: GDPD5 is predicted to enable glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase activity and glycerophospholipase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of Notch signaling pathway; negative regulation of amyloid precursor protein biosynthetic process; and positive regulation of neuron differentiation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within neuron differentiation and regulation of timing of cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81544; HGNC ID: HGNC:28804; UniProt: Q8WTR4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030792.8; Chromosome location: 11q13.4-q13.5
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
