SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human B3GAT1 (beta-1,3-glucuronyltransferase 1, also called GlcAT-P) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human B3GAT1 qPCR Primer Set – beta-1,3-glucuronyltransferase 1
Also known as: CD57, GLCATP, GLCUATP, HNK1, LEU7, NK-1, NK1
About this gene: The B3GAT1 protein belongs to the glucuronyltransferase gene family. These enzymes exhibit strict acceptor specificity, recognizing nonreducing terminal sugars and their anomeric linkages. B3GAT1 product acts as the key enzyme in a glucuronyl transfer reaction during the biosynthesis of the carbohydrate epitope HNK-1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27087; HGNC ID: HGNC:921; UniProt: Q9P2W7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_054025.3; Chromosome location: 11q25
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
