SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSPAN9 (tetraspanin 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSPAN9 qPCR Primer Set – tetraspanin 9
Also known as: NET-5, NET5, PP1057
About this gene: The TSPAN9 protein belongs to the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10867; HGNC ID: HGNC:21640; UniProt: O75954; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006675.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.33-p13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
